For all international and domestic orders, damaged goods, shortages and returns or exchanges must be reported to the Trademarks Fulfillment Department within 10 business days of receipt of goods. Please call customer service at 713-680-3000 in advance to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number.

Replacement of defective goods will be made at no charge. Returns for size exchange will be charged freight on the replacement shipment if the purchaser made the error. Returns for size exchange will not be charged freight on the replacement shipment if the error was made by a Trademarks employee/representative/agent. The filing of claims for damage or loss of goods shipped by Trademarks while in transit will be handled by Trademarks. Goods must be returned to be credited or exchanged with the possible exception of international returns or exchanges which will be handled on a case by case basis.

All refunds due will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
